Do you offer an example online property report?
We sure do, you can view and download an example PropCheck Property Report on our home page.
How come I can’t find the property I am looking for?
Please ensure the spelling of the property address or lot/plan description is correct and wait for the address or lot/plan to show up in the search bar. Properties can be found via “Address Search” or “Lot/Pan Search”. If problems persist, please contact us, so one of our team members can help you with your request.
Does PropCheck provide professional town planning advice?
No. Unfortunately, we do not provide professional town planning advice. We recommend talking to VMS Town Planning & Development Consultants for site-specific advice.
What areas do your online property reports service?
Currently, we offer Brisbane City Council Local Government area. We are working hard to bring additional report data for other Local Government Areas within Queensland.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change your plan option at any time. The change will occur at the next billing cycle (i.e. monthly will occur at the following month and annual will occur at the start of the next 12- month period). Please refer to our terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. The cancellation will occur at the end of the billing cycle (i.e. monthly will occur at the end of that month and annual will occur at the end of that 12- month period). Please refer to our terms and conditions.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, but as a subscriber, you can cancel your plan at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
